of how we live and work every day. We believe that we share
the same philosophy with all our suppliers and customers.

Quality
We are in the business of providing our
clients with only the finest Colombian coffees. We know that
by offering high quality and consistent coffee we can guarantee
sustainable long-term relationships for all parties.
The production of quality coffee is by far the best way to
help coffee growers improve their quality of life and to guarantee
their economic, social and environmental sustainability and
that of their communities. We work closely with our coffee
growers, educating them so that they can continuously improve
their coffee and their quality of life.
By working together with our coffee growers we can guarantee
that our clients receive only the best coffee available, every
shipment. We believe that if our customers receive a good
quality coffee, their business will grow and hence our business
and that of our coffee growers will also grow.

Transparency
Probably the hardest part of a business
relationship is to generate mutual trust. We firmly believe
that if we are transparent in everything we do, both with
our clients and our suppliers, we can develop better, longer
lasting and stronger business relationships.
For us, our suppliers and customers are more than just business
partners. We like to see them also as friends, with whom we
share a common passion for high quality coffee. As friends,
we are honest with them; we unconditionally support them;
and we want only the best for them. |

Traceability
Quality and consistency in coffee depend
in a great measure on its specific origin. By working with
particular groups of coffee producers in specific micro regions,
we can guarantee our roasters the quality and consistency
that they expect from the coffees they purchase from us.
By connecting coffee roasters and consumers with the people
and places that produced that wonderful cup of coffee, we
can put a face to each cup, uniting consumers and producers
that are in distant and exotic places. |

Long-term direct relationships
Our clients and our suppliers are our most
treasured partners. Their success is our success. That is
why we view every business as long-term relationships, where
everybody wins.
We have seen how the development of a direct relationship
between roasters and coffee growers is probably the best stimuli
for coffee growers to improve the quality of their coffee,
which in turn brings a better quality of life. |

Sustainability
We are firm believers that through quality
and long-term relationships we can guarantee the sustainability
of the whole coffee chain and in particular of the small coffee
growers with whom we work.
By working with our coffee growers so that they become more
conscious of the importance of the protection of their water
sources, of growing more native trees in their fields, of
protecting the wildlife, and of improving their and their
workers living standards, we ensure that the regions where
high quality coffee is produced are looked after and that
the communities they belong to are strengthened. As a result,
there will be high quality coffee for years to come and a
better quality of life for all. This is the basis of the sustainable
development of our coffee growers and their children and grandchildren.
