Colombia is a country with over five hundred thousand coffee growers and an average farm size of roughly 1 hectare. This means that, potentially, there are over five hundred thousand different cup profiles in Colombia. Since we cup each one of the coffee grower lots that we buy, we can discover the truly exceptional ones and offer them to the world’s most demanding coffee roasters, who are willing to reward the coffee grower’s effort with top prices.

Boutique coffees are exemplary coffees produced by a single small coffee grower. They represent a single-day's or week’s production, being the very best of the grower's crop. Quality of these lots is exceptional, showing really defined character and complexity and consistency from cup to cup. We believe these lots show the true terroir of the farms where they are grown and the dedication of the growers that carefully produce them.

Our Boutique Coffees are developed specifically for each customer, making the process as personalized as growing your own coffee. Lot sizes usually vary from four to twenty bags.

To preserve the unique qualities of these boutique coffees, we can specially vacuum pack the green coffee, a process which we have pioneered in Colombia.
